Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use the connection to:

• Break any law of Pakistan, or help someone else break it
• Send bulk unsolicited messages, spam or phishing
• Attack, scan, overload or attempt to gain access to systems you do not own
• Distribute malware, or host anything that harms other users
• Share, store or distribute child sexual abuse material — this results in immediate termination and a report to the authorities
• Infringe someone else's copyright or trademark
• Impersonate another person, or use another subscriber's account

A residential package covers one household. Running the connection to a neighbouring house, a shop, a hostel or another building, or operating it as a paid hotspot, is a breach of this policy and of our Terms.

Businesses need a commercial arrangement. Talk to us and we will price it properly rather than suspending you later.

• Do not move, cut, splice, extend or tap the fiber cable
• Do not open, relocate or interfere with splitters, enclosures or poles
• Do not connect equipment that disrupts the network or other subscribers
• Tell us promptly if you see a damaged cable or an open enclosure near your home

Our packages are unlimited and we do not apply a Fair Usage Policy or throttle you for using a lot of data.

We do reserve the right to act on use that measurably degrades service for other subscribers on the same route — for example a device flooding the network because it is infected. We will contact you first wherever possible.

Depending on how serious the breach is, we may warn you, suspend the connection, re-rate it to the correct package, or terminate the service.

Termination for a breach of this policy does not entitle you to a refund of the current period. Where the law requires it, we will report the matter and cooperate with the authorities.

If you believe someone is misusing our network, or you want to report abuse coming from our network, contact us on WhatsApp or by email with as much detail as you can give. We investigate every report.
