Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of our fiber internet service. By ordering a connection, activating a package or using the service, you agree to them.

1.Who provides the service
Login.me (PVT) LTD is the licensed internet service operator providing this fiber service. The service is delivered over our licensed network.
Your agreement for the service is with Login.me (PVT) LTD. Any question about billing, installation or support should come to us directly.
2.Eligibility and accurate details
You must be 18 or older to order a connection, and the person named on the order must be the person who will hold the account.
You must give us your correct name, father's name, CNIC number and a mobile number that belongs to you. We use these to identify you, to verify subscribers, and to meet record-keeping obligations that apply to internet services in Pakistan.
Giving false identity details is grounds for us to refuse or terminate the service without refund.
3.Coverage and installation
Service is only available in villages and areas we have reached with fiber. An order does not guarantee service until our team has confirmed that a cable can be run to your premises.
You are responsible for giving our technician safe access to your property, and for any permission needed from a landlord, neighbour or landowner along the route on your side of the connection.
The standard installation covers a normal cable run and one router placement. Additional cabling, trenching, poles, conduit or wall work beyond the standard run is quoted separately and paid before the work starts.
4.Packages, billing and renewal
Packages are prepaid for a fixed 30-day period. Prices shown on our website at the time of your order apply to that order.
Service continues only while a package is active. When the period ends, the connection is suspended until a new package is activated. You may pay for the next month before the current one ends, so the new period starts as soon as this one finishes and the line does not go down.
We may change package prices or contents. Changes take effect from your next activation, never mid-period, and current prices are always shown on the packages page before you pay.
5.Speeds and service quality
The speed shown with each package is the maximum available to that package. Actual speed varies with your device, your Wi-Fi, the number of devices in use, the wiring inside your home and the load on the shared network.
Uptime figures published on our website are targets we work to, not a guaranteed service level. We do not offer a service-level agreement or compensation for downtime on residential packages.
6.Equipment and the cable
A modem or charger you buy from us belongs to you. Fiber cable, splitters, poles and enclosures on the shared route remain our property, or the property of the licensed operator, wherever they are located.
You must not move, extend, tap, splice or tamper with the fiber cable or any of our equipment, and you must not allow anyone else to. Damage caused by tampering is chargeable, and repeated tampering ends the service.
You are responsible for equipment inside your premises, including damage from electrical surges, water, fire, pests or mishandling.
7.Sharing and resale
A residential package is for a single household. You must not resell the connection, run it to another house or building, or operate it as a public hotspot or a commercial internet service.
If we find a residential connection being shared or resold, we may suspend it immediately, re-rate it to a commercial package, or terminate it without refund.
8.Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate the service without refund if you breach these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, if you tamper with the network, if you give false identity details, or if we are required to do so by a regulator or lawful authority.
You may stop using the service at any time. The current prepaid period is not refunded — see our Refund Policy.
If the service is terminated, we may recover our equipment from the route and, where applicable, from your premises.
9.Limits on our liability
We provide a best-effort internet connection. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost income, lost business, missed examinations or interviews, lost data, or loss arising from your reliance on the connection being available at a particular moment.
Where we are found liable, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the package period in which the issue arose.
If your use of the connection needs guaranteed availability, you should arrange a backup connection.
10.Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page, with the date it was last updated, and applies from your next package activation.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Nankana Sahib district, Punjab have jurisdiction over any dispute.
